SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 43

Extending the committee of conference relating to consideration of
Eng. Senate Bill No. 692, Revising laws governing domestic relations generally and Eng. House Bill No. 2794, Creating a family court system.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members present agreeing thereto:
That pursuant to Rule No. 3 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates, under the provisions of Joint Rule No. 24, the committee of conference is hereby extended until 11:00 P.M., March 13, 1999, for the express purpose of consideration of matters of disagreement between the two houses, as to Eng. Senate Bill No. 692 and Eng. House Bill No. 2794; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the provisions of Joint Rule No. 3 are hereby suspended for the aforementioned purpose.
